Where are you from? Born and raised in North Bunswick, NJ! Parents are Jamaican immigrants, though. Definitely a mix of the two.

What schools have you gone to? Livingston Park School, Linwood Middle, NBTHS, Westminster Choir College and Regent University

How long have you been making music? I don’t remember a time when music hasn’t been part of my life. So forever!

What instruments do you play? I am a singer for the most part who plays piano and some drums.

What is your favorite song? My favorite song at the moment is Fix You by Kingdom Choir

Where have you performed? Schools and Churches, but also some pretty cool performance venues like Carnegie Hall, The Kimmel Center and the White House!

What are important musical skills? Music reading for sure. Being able to read music is FUNDAMENTAL! But also like being able to produce a good sound, being solid on rhythm and knowing solfège.

Who is your favorite singer/band? Nina Simone!

What advice would you give young musicians? Learn the piano. Even if you don’t want to. It’ll serve you well as a grown up. And be okay with not being perfect all the time. Some days will be really good, others not so much. And that’s okay.

Do you have any fun performance stories? When I was in college I got to perform with the Philadelphia Orchestra on Halloween. As a prank for our conductor, we all had life size cutouts of his head and when he came on stage we all had them on.

What are your goals? To be a world renowned conductor who lives in Europe full time.

Share a fun fact about you? I have a DEEP love for popcorn. I eat a bag of it every night before bed.

What’s your fave food and game? I love seafood! Favorite game is UNO!
