Last Monday, we made music notes out of a cookie pie. Today we are going to see if you can do the same thing with pizza. Whoo hoo! We are going to use food to review the lengths of the notes: whole note, half note, quarter note, and eighth note.
1. Watch and enjoy the video.
2. Draw four pizzas on paper with your favorite toppings. Color as you wish.
3. Using scissors make one paper a whole note, cut one paper into half notes, cut one paper into quarter notes, and cut one paper into one eighth notes. See in the video how I made whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, and eighth notes.
3. Take a picture of your creation and send to Ms Perryman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Take good care! Miss you!! Ms Perryman
